Katerina and her staff made our stay wonderful with welcome hospitality and personalized recommendations. The quiet surroundings and clean, spacious room provided a relaxing atmosphere for our 12-night getaway.

Order food by the pool. it’s from a local cafe, and the prices are very reasonable.

Villa Katerina exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Katerina and Mario were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and plenty of utensils. The walk-in shower had great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience. I loved lounging by the beautiful pool, where fresh towels were provided daily, enhancing the relaxation vibe. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and local restaurants. I appreciated the nearby bakery for delicious pastries, adding to my daily treats. On a minor note, the shower design allowed a bit of water to splash outside, requiring a little extra cleanup. My only other concern was that laundry services came with an additional charge, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. Overall, this place is a gem in Parikia. I'll definitely be back!

Truly an Amazing Experience!

I had a fantastic 7-night stay. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, equipped with comfy lounge chairs. Katerina and Mario were genuinely helpful throughout, making every effort to ensure I enjoyed my time. Don't miss the nearby bakery for fresh pastries!

Had a great time with friends. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and checking out the nightlife. There’s a bakery and mini market close by, and we loved lounging by the pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay stress-free. Renting bikes was easy, and we managed to visit some beautiful beaches.

The only downside was that my shower didn’t have a door on one side, which made things a bit messy. I managed, though, by using some extra bath mats.

The room featured a spacious layout with a large walk-in shower that provided excellent water pressure, making for a comfortable stay. Clean towels were consistently supplied, and the pool area was a delightful spot for relaxation, with sunbeds readily available. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the limited dining options nearby left something to be desired, and the occasional drain issue in the shower was a minor inconvenience. A lovely touch was the prompt assistance upon our late arrival, which made settling in a breeze.

Oh my gosh, the location was literally perfect! Just a short stroll to the center but way chill at night. The staff totally felt like friends, helping us with all the good restaurant recs! We even got to check in early which was, like, super nice. The shower was, like, a bit messy with water splashing everywhere, but it was all good.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and laundry. The staff even helped my elderly parents during our first stay, showing great attitude and friendliness. I’m coming back for the weekend!
